I came in to exchange a pair of leggings that I had most recently received through an exchange in November 2025. However, I was denied based on the item being tied to a 2023 SKU… something completely outside of my control, as I’ve followed proper exchange procedures and have exchanged this item multiple times. The interaction lacked problem solving and accountability. Instead of looking into the situation or offering a solution, I was simply turned away and advised to contact Guest Education Centre. I left feeling frustrated and unheard. That said, I want to acknowledge the outstanding support I received from Natalie at GEC. She listened, understood the issue immediately, and took ownership of resolving it. She completely turned my experience around and handled the situation with professionalism & care. This experience highlighted a clear gap between in store service and corporate support. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve how situations like this are handled moving forward. Thank you again to Natalie for representing the brand the right way.
