- BGBrian GregoryMar 30, 20261.03/4 of the store is women’s clothing. The staff isn’t knowledgeable at all. Was asking for waterproof boots (rubber boots) and they didn’t seem to understand what I wanted. Tried pushing women’s boots onto me then hiking boots. Both wrong. Also $75 to a tshirt…

- NVNick VillanuevaJan 10, 20264.0Since 2022 when we discovered LlBean Don mills, it became the family’s and some friends go to store to shop for most of the things we needed for our outdoor activities as it offered a wide variety and better qualities of products comparing to their competitors and above all they got the friendliest and helpful staff that it became knowing most of their first names. But that friendliest and helpful thing have changed today by one sales lady named Judy S #1569 (first time dealing with her). She exhibited the opposite of what we used to expect and i have to add, arrogant behaviour to what she has shown. I love their products and will continue to buy things there but will surely avoid dealing with her from now on. A classic example of a worm in a basket of good apples.
