I was paired with a sales rep who’s name was Ghazal the interaction was not pleasant to say the least as she seemed like I was just wasting her time. She left me with her contact info which I had to ask her for and I have tried contacting her over 4 times since the visit and have not even received a response. I understand these watches aren’t readily available but some transparency and communication goes a long way. I’m in sales myself and the treatment I have received has put this jeweller at the bottom of my list. Very disappointed.

Simply call the boutique, ask for the owner and ask him if he has any Rolex watch for sale. His answer is always this "I don't have any Rolex for sale". So, close the store or stop joking....
