  I recently stopped by at the Saint Laurent store on Bloor Street in Toronto, and let me tell you, wow! Such a beautiful store. I had ordered a Cassandre large envelope pouch online and wanted to exchange it for a different colour. Yachika, a sales associate approached me and helped me out with the return and purchase. She was very kind and explained the return policies to me, as the e-commerce store and in-store were separate entities when dealing with returns. Yachika did a fine job at ensuring my return was going to be sent back as efficiently as possible and I bought the new colour in the Cassandre large envelope pouch which I absolutely adore! I will definitely come back to see Yachika for my next Saint Laurent purchase.

  I had an amazing experience at the store! All the staff were friendly and kind. My Sales Associate, Jennifer, was very helpful and addressed all my concerns and questions about the bag. I purchased a bag and a pair of sunglasses. Unfortunately, I had to return the bag, but Jennifer remained calm and guided me through the process smoothly. I truly appreciated her support. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases!
