  This is by far the best dispensary I have ever shopped at! If you want amazing service combined with a excellent selection, look no further! And to top it all off this is such a convenient location! Fika is the absolute best 🙌🏾

  The lady in the glasses really helped me out. As being a new experience for me, she was very patient and very nice during my time there. I will definitely be coming back for the great customer service!

  Honestly probably one of the better dispensary experiences I’ve had. I regularly live in the Niagara region and was here to visit for an event. I stopped in to see what they had and the selection was great! Everything from a sweet treat to a cool drink. I appreciate the knowledge and direction from the staff, they were incredibly helpful! Plus in a busy concourse like Union they do a good job at keeping composure for all kinds of different people. I’d go back here 100%

  I love coming here, the staff are always nice and welcoming. Some other places don’t really help with describing their products. But whenever I go I’m treated with respect and I appreciate the time they take to describe certain products to me:)

  Went inside there was a huge line, nothing surprising i look back and I see a express service where you can serve yourself. I pick my products and then tells me to wait in line what a waste of time and a stupid concept. For sure someone in corporate thought of this. How about hiring more staff .
