Didn’t know anything about snowboarding but left feeling very confident. Not sure who manages this store or hires the employees but, they did a great job. Business in Toronto should come down to sporting life at Yonge street learn a few things about customer service because most of yall are terrible.

He not only made great suggestions but fully explained the logic behind them. And was able to save us some money as well. We also ended up getting an excellent coat for my wife. Our daughter has now tested out the combination of clothes and is very happy with them. Warmer than what she had before and half the weight. I hope to see George again when I need a new coat.
- BHBari HochmanDec 22, 20255.0I have been shopping at Sporting Life for over 30 years mainly at the Yonge street store. I especially appreciate the staff’s knowledge of what they sell. Today I was looking for ski boots and skis for my 13 year old son as well as trying to decide if I need new equipment. First Brady helped me and he wend out of his way to assess my equipment and give me knowledgeable feedback. Thanks to him I went home and brought my son back who likely was given the too large of a size to rent. Then Emmanuel helped my son. He was patient and kind and kept in mind my priorities that Charlie would grow out of the boots in months and found a great boot for a reasonable price. My son and I really appreciated their help and as usual make me want to buy from that store. My only request that has nothing to do with the great help I received today is for Sporting Life to create a “teen package” especially for boys who are growing so fast and at 12/ 13 are already in men’s boots.
