He ski races as a kid and his 20+ years at SL show. Great guy and will help you with your old skis and boots or set up up with new gear

They worked so hard to fix the skis and were so nice when we realized my extremely old skis needed to be replaced. They took the time to explain everything to me and to understand my needs. I was looking to buy a pair of snow boots for my son after he found a pair he really liked on their website. Before visiting the store, I checked the online stock, which showed the item as available. However, when we went to the store, we were told that they had no stock. Since my son liked the boots, I decided to place the order online right there in the store. Five days later, I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled. This was extremely disappointing — the website should not have accepted the order if the item wasn’t actually in stock, and taking five days to communicate this is simply unacceptable. In today’s world, such delays and poor inventory management reflect poorly on the company’s operations and customer service culture. I’m sharing this so other customers are aware before making a purchase. Hopefully, this helps others save their time and effort. I’d recommend considering another store instead.

I learned more about water proof gear, thermal warmth ratings, brand differentiation, how to care for depleted waterproof resins and how to reproof. I learned about wax and repair for the Barbour brand specifically. I learned about US and EURO brands and I had hoped to find a Canadian brand in the mix there, but Canadian Goose is sold elsewhere. BIG Thank you to Oksana and the store for helping me put on the coats, give them a try and allowing me to leave without feeling the pressure to buy. If I buy another coat, it'll be at this store. I've bought a Canadian Goose that is water repellant so for the waterproof option, I'll head back to this store. Thank you again.
