I’m posting this review now and just read a few other reviews, and it honestly feels like I had an experience with the same semi-bald salesman people are mentioning. He looked lazy and completely uninterested in doing his job. His attitude made it feel like we were bothering him just by being there. I really don’t understand how people like this get hired in a service industry when basic customer-service etiquette is clearly missing. Definitely not coming back to shop at this store.

I had a very poor experience at this clothing store because of one salesman, a middle-aged half bald southeast asian( probably bangladeshi) staff member who was extremely rude and unprofessional. He never approached us to ask if we needed help and instead spent the entire time chatting over the intercom with the lady at the counter, clearly gossiping about customers. His attitude felt arrogant, as if the store belonged to him. Because of his behavior, we decided not to make a large in-store purchase. I am now placing an online order worth $4,500 instead—this store lost a serious sale due to one employee.

No diversity in this store. All employees appears to be coming from one group or specific nationality. Furthermore, the hard accent of store employees makes it even more challenging to communicate. While I’m patient and try to communicate in a clear manner, staff gets annoyed and rude making the shopping experience worse. Please. This is Canada. We thrive to give pleasant experience and excellent customer service. Don’t bring your ill values here. A customer service training would help improve this store’s reputation.
