I could not have asked for a more pleasant, professional, gracious, knowledgeable associate than Tatjana F. She exuded such warmth that I felt so welcomed in this gorgeous boutique. The entire team is super friendly and generous with their time and service. For anyone out there who has any trepidation about walking into this Tiffany & Co. boutique, please go in there and witness for yourself how absolutely lovely it is. After 10 years of regular wear, the blue enamel on my piece had completely worn off. Deciding to give it a try, I sent it in for repair, and I am beyond impressed with the service I received. The repair quote was very reasonable, especially compared to the quotes I received from local shops for a simple link repair on another piece. I sent my jewelry in a ziplock bag, as I was hesitant to send the dust bag and risk not getting it back. To my delight, it returned beautifully repaired, polished, and in its original packaging. It looks brand new! Definitely a loyal customer moving forward.
