I visited this store intending to treat myself to a silver item like a ring or earrings for my birthday. But the experience left me feeling unwelcome. From the start, the salesperson’s attitude felt dismissive, as though my interest wasn’t taken seriously because I wasn’t making a high‑value diamond purchase. What was particularly disappointing was a comment made about my fingers being “too big,” which came across as unnecessary and unprofessional. Size 8 is not that uncommon at all. The interaction did not feel genuinely polite or respectful, and it made the shopping experience uncomfortable. There were very few items she could show us, as items were hidden away in drawers or unavailable. Regardless of purchase value, customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. I wouldn’t waste my time at the store again and shop online for convenience and better product selection.

- GGGJFeb 21, 20265.0We went in simply to browse wedding bands and Sandro was so attentive and patient, letting us try different sizes and styles and offering advice without any pushy/sales language. We were so impressed we ended up both choosing our wedding bands and picking out two additional rings while we were there! Sandro and other colleagues in the store were all so friendly - it was great to also meet a fellow Arsenal fan! - and when we went back to collect the rings Sandro’s colleague sought us out while we were chatting to another colleague to give them to us. Fantastic experience. Thank you!
