my online order got messed up for the third time and i was having trouble getting a refund. customer service on the phone barely helped, so i went in person last night & Austin helped me figure everything out and got me my refund with no issue! shoutout to him :) 11/10 customer service

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at the Shoe Co. in Dufferin Mall was disappointing enough that I feel management really needs to hear this. I visited with my elderly mother-in-law, and the staff’s behaviour was honestly shocking. No one greeted us, no one offered help, and the employees seemed more interested in wandering around than assisting customers.
What bothered me most was how my mother-in-law was treated—she was clearly struggling, yet not a single staff member approached her or even acknowledged us. There was no courtesy, no guidance, and no basic customer service. We felt completely ignored.
This isn’t the kind of experience anyone expects when walking into a store, especially with an older family member. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the store’s management and training standards. I strongly urge management to address these concerns immediately, as customers deserve respect, courtesy, and basic support—none of which were provided during our visit.

I placed an order online last night for a pair of boots. It provided me with a pick up option or delivery. I chose delivery since I have limited time to head to Dufferin mall. They charged my card this morning only to email me and state that my order was cancelled. Nobody even called to inform me that they were cancelling my order; no reason even provided in the email. I called their customer service 1-888 # and they said there was something wrong with my bank.... yet they already took out the payment?!! He told me to wait 3-5 days for a refund. This is so disgusting and unacceptable. What kind of customer service practices this company has is beyond me. This will be my first and last time I ever attempt to make a purchase. Highly disappointing and disturbed as to how they handled everything.
