- NOngozi obiakoSep 8, 20251.0Really rude staff I was there at 10(opening time) and they were not open I had to call them to open and they didn’t come out until 10:10 when I called them out the gave flimsy excuses talked about me and didn’t help not going back I rather go to the store in Yorkdale also they only have very limited style selection.

Jae would be excellent at training others in your store on how to provide great customer service- because it is clearly not consistent which shouldn’t be the case when you’re about to drop $3k on anything. He was patient, kind, funny, relaxed and overall eased so much of my anxiety. He literally went above and beyond making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. 10/10 Jae deserves huge kudos and recognition for turning an awful experience into an outstanding one. I will definitely place future orders with Jae!
