  **Racist and rude customer service** I visited Saint Laurent today to buy a gift and had a disappointing experience. A sales associate made eye contact when I walked in, but when I asked about mugs, he just said they’re only available online and walked away to chase an Asian couple who had entered before me. They looked uncomfortable and were clearly trying to leave, yet he kept chasing them without even talking with them instead of helping me. When I said I had other questions, he pointed toward them, insisting they needed his help even though they weren’t acknowledging him at all and were leaving the store. I felt dismissed, unwelcome, and ignored, as if he assumed I wasn’t worth helping or likely to spend more. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I won’t be shopping here again and I’ll be sure to let my friends, family and social media know to avoid a store where customers are treated unfairly and made to feel unwelcome.

  I had a great experience at the YSL store in Yorkdale. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxed and comfortable shopping environment. They were attentive without being pushy, which I really appreciated. The store has an impressive selection of purses and accessories; everything was beautifully displayed and easy to browse. Overall, I felt treated with fairness and respect throughout my visit (unlike some other designer stores like LV who barely acknowledge customers). They helped me with my purchase. I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases! Also, thank you for the drink :)
