  I dropped by bag off at the store for repair. No confirmation, no receipt. I was told go wait a week. Fast forward a week, nothing. I called the store Wednesday and Thursday each time being assured I’d receive a call or email from the manager. Saturday: called again and was told the same thing. After insisting on speaking with a manager during the call I was told the associate director would reach out. Surprise! Nothing. I finally got a copy of their drop off receipt and at the bottom of the terms of repair it’s blank where I should've signed - yet the box saying u agree to this is checked? I’m baffled I wasn’t even offered a chance to review these terms.

  Amazing experience! I called two days before my visit asking about a purse, and Marcin assisted me over the phone, he was very polite and helpful and even placed it on hold for me. When I came in today, I was warmly welcomed, and everything was ready. Huge thanks to Marcin and Amanda for such a smooth and pleasant experience.

  **Racist and rude customer service** I visited Saint Laurent today to buy a gift and had a disappointing experience. A sales associate made eye contact when I walked in, but when I asked about mugs, he just said they’re only available online and walked away to chase an Asian couple who had entered before me. They looked uncomfortable and were clearly trying to leave, yet he kept chasing them without even talking with them instead of helping me. When I said I had other questions, he pointed toward them, insisting they needed his help even though they weren’t acknowledging him at all and were leaving the store. I felt dismissed, unwelcome, and ignored, as if he assumed I wasn’t worth helping or likely to spend more. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I won’t be shopping here again and I’ll be sure to let my friends, family and social media know to avoid a store where customers are treated unfairly and made to feel unwelcome.
