Within an hour, the team had repaired the handle, and lubed the wheels for me as well, at no cost whatsoever. I couldn't be more thrilled with the attention given to the repair. These are not inexpensive pieces, but it is worth it for the attention, which will ensure you have these suitcases for life. Matt and the team are excellent!
