Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to ask for her name, but it is listed on the receipt as Shaivy (984581). She helped me set everything up, walked me through the app, answered all my questions, and was incredibly kind and patient throughout the whole process. Thanks to her, the experience was smooth and enjoyable. Great job, and thank you for such excellent customer service!
