  I just picked up my prescription eyeglasses from Ray-Ban. Since I first walked in and dropped off my prescription and picked frames to getting my glasses today, I received great customer service every step of the way and the glasses are perfect.

  I visited this store last month and had a great experience. I recently bought a pair of sunglasses and couldn’t be happier with the quality and style. A special thank you to Denys, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process—friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while I tried on a few different options. He made sure I found the perfect pair that suited my face shape and style. Highly recommend visiting the store if you're looking for a personalized and professional shopping experience!

  So I attended the Sherway Gardens location to purchase Meta Glasses for a very unique purpose. I am an Aesthetic Medicine Practitioner and wanted to record portions of procedures I perform from my direct pov for my patients to view following their appointments. Knowing nothing about the meta glasses, the general manager named Dennis, approached me immediately upon entering the store (he is extremely tall amd blonde- don’t let his size fool you, most kind and professional retail manager I’ve ever encountered! lol) and Dennis took the time to teach me all about how the meta’s worked and how to best utilize their features in my practise. I left with my meta glasses and a little bit of his expertise to help me get started using them. Dennis was wonderful with his depth of knowledge, and he was so kind and very attentive when I told him exactly what I wanted to do with that glasses; and he tailored his teaching to my needs. I received excellent customer service. The other staff who was working at the time, named Andrew even said hello and introduced himself to me as I was making my purchase. Overall the glasses have been an excellent addition to my practise and have significantly benefited my patients. Congratulations to the staff at Ray-Ban Sherway for being such a strong and knowledgeable, customer service centred team. I will return to that store going forward for all of my eyewear needs and I recommend the staff at Sherway and that location to everyone I know in my field, and social circles! Thank you sincerely Dennis and Andrew for the excellent service!
