- PGPreety GurungFeb 10, 20261.0I went to the Ralph Lauren store to buy a sweater for my uncle’s birthday and spent about 10 minutes looking around, clearly trying to find help. Unfortunately, none of the staff greeted me or asked if I needed assistance, even though they were standing nearby. What really disappointed me was seeing how differently another customer was treated. When someone walked in wearing a Ralph Lauren jacket, the staff immediately welcomed him and helped him, while I continued to be ignored. I’ve always liked and trusted this brand, but this experience honestly changed how I feel. Good customer service should be for everyone, not based on appearance or what someone is wearing. Sadly, this visit left me with a very negative impression.
