- MMMimi MOct 18, 20251.0Went in store looking for a coat on their site and the associate unfortunately had to completely downplay all their sub brands (sister brands) and say I would have better luck searching Macy's. I was literally looking for a $800+ coat for fall.. So just because it wasn't purple label or polo they just don't want to help you out it seems. They could've tried to offer me something similar. Instead I just went to another designer brand and bought a coat there since they seem to be willing to help people out more.

John L my sales professional literally jumped through hoops to help me find a topcoat that I’ve been trying to purchase for years. He understood the look I was trying to put together and made it happen. It magically appeared from the “back” room in my size and my favourite colour. John spent time with me running back and forth. I bought the coat. That’s not the end of my story. Just to make the fit perfect John introduced me to the Store tailor Fahim. Fahim provided expert advice and detailed analysis. The team made me a very happy customer. So much so, I had to write this review. Thank you guys. I’m now your new customer. Cheers.

I waited over 10 minutes for assistance, but no one ever offered to help. Every time I walked near a staff member, they walked away as if avoiding me. It honestly felt like I was being judged for being young and assumed I wasn’t going to make a purchase. This wasnt my first time being treated like this, last time i had the same experience but didnt want to leave out of spite but stayed and made my purchase. Whether intentional or not, it came across as dismissive and disrespectful. I will not be returning to this store and would never recommend it based on how I was treated.
