  I had an excellent experience working with Brian at Raffi Jewellers Rolex boutique in Yorkdale. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Brian was also great to communicate with and incredibly professional throughout. When you mark a special occasion with a great timepiece, you want the experience of receiving it to be equally as memorable, and I was able to achieve that by sharing the moment with my children. Thank you, Brian, for making this such a meaningful experience. I look forward to working with you again on the next piece!

  I had an appointment scheduled with Alex Lee for 11:00 AM yesterday, which I booked two days in advance. Due to traffic, I called the store on my way and was told my appointment could be moved to 11:10 AM, and that Alex would be waiting for me. I arrived at the store at 11:00 AM sharp. However, I was greeted by someone else and informed that Alex was in a meeting that would last until around 2 PM. I was extremely disappointed, particularly because this is not the first time I have experienced issues at this location. Approximately four years ago, I attempted to purchase a Milgauss for my husband. The store initially did not have it in stock but later called to inform me it had arrived. Upon arriving, I was told the watch was already sold. A few months later, a similar situation occurred — I was informed a watch was available, drove to the store, and again was told it was not. This repeated lack of professionalism has left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. Consequently, I chose to take my business elsewhere — Cartier and Tudor — where I was treated with genuine respect and professionalism. Given this experience, I will be purchasing the two Rolex watches I was seeking overseas during Christmas. I am providing this feedback to highlight the recurring issues at this location, in the hope that they can be addressed.

  I wanted to convey my gratitude to Brian at Rolex in Yorkdale. I first met Brian earlier this year when looking to purchase my first rolex. He has been incredibly professional and personable, and has made the process fun for my wife and I. Overall it was a great experience, finding me the watch I was looking for in a very reasonable amount of time, and communicating with me on an ongoing basis. I cannot recommend Brian and this Rolex retailer enough! the customer service and care exceeded my expectations.

  Big thanks to Raffi Rolex at Yorkdale mall and my awesome sales agent! The wait for my timepiece was totally worth it. My agent kept me in the loop with updates, which made the whole process smooth and exciting. When I finally picked it up, she was super accommodating and made me feel safe, welcomed, and well taken care of. They really know their stuff and answered all my questions without hesitation. If you’re thinking about visiting, I definitely recommend checking them out. Great service, great people, and an experience that makes you feel special. -Henry
