  My fiancé and myself were looking to mark our marriage with his/her watches because we’re both watch nerds :) This was our first experience with Raffi and a Rolex AD in general and we were very impressed at how well this team created a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere. We had the pleasure of meeting and being helped out by Brian. Brian honestly gave us the best retail experience we have ever had to date. He has a deep knowledge of the brand and the product while making everything so approachable and simply fun with his contagious enthusiasm for the product. He is an incredible ambassador to the brand he represents and I feel that is something that can never be undervalued. It really is just a logo until people like Brian become part of the journey and represent the brand at such a high level that it continues to deepen the respect for the brand. We will always remember not just the moment we marked when we look down at our wrists but the awesome brand and retail experience that was part of it. Thanks Brian for being part of that story !

  I waited approximately nine months for the timepiece I had been hoping for, and the experience was truly worth it. Raffi Gallery exceeded my expectations—not only in professionalism, but in their genuine attention to client interest. I was especially impressed that they kept me in mind throughout the process. When the watch arrived, I received a call and was able to pick it up the very same day—within just three hours. An exceptional experience from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with this beautiful timepiece.
