  I started talking to Chudi at Raffi Rolex in Yorkdale mall a few months ago and from the 1st time I talked to her she displayed a very professional and courageous attitude towards my questions and inquiries, I ended up being lucky enough in purchasing a watch from Chudi in December and I must say the experience from start to end was a total pleasure, she treated me with respect and a manner that I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to her, 5 stars all the way in how Chudi treated me, such a pleasure, thank you very much Chudi and will definitely be back to see you for my next Rolex, Tom 🤗🙂

  The Indian lady at the door, is very rude what’s funny is that I have purchased two watches from here but the last two times I wanted to walk in and express an interest I was made feel like an idiot by the lady at the door, brushing me off as though she owns the boutique herself. Great! Well, as I look through the comments made by others who have given a one star review they all or most of them point to the Indian lady, Quick question to the Raffi GM why do you have her is you’re goal to turn away potential big spenders to your competitors? What a shame guys
