- MTMaegan ThomasNov 8, 20251.0Incredibly rude and fatphobic staff. I asked about *longer* (not larger) coats and was told, “for your size, it’ll be longer.” Of course, as you go up in size things fit a little longer, but I was asking for a long coat. When I clarified, she looked me up and down, very annoyed and said they didn’t have anything “in my size” even though I didn't tell her what size I was looking for. I wasn’t shocked because fatphobic comments at Holts are sadly common but I was annoyed, because I would have bought a coat if she’d simply done her job and shown me a longer coat. Instead, I just purchased online and found the perfect coat but I prefer to shop in-person but sadly, I can't because they don't have anything "in my size".
