When I visited this store, Sophia helped me find everything I needed. She’s truly great at what she does—so friendly and warm. I love coming into the store for this level of customer service rather than buying online.

I used to be a loyal customer, but this will probably be my last purchase from this store. I bought a hoodie within 10 days, with the original price tag and receipt. When I requested an exchange or return because the sleeves were too short, the cashier refused both options and suggested that I sell it online instead. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of responsibility toward customers. The customer service is very poor, and I strongly advise others not to buy from this store.

We had a great experience at this store today. When the manager found out that our young girls won their hockey game this morning, he offered us a discount on our purchases along with a “surprise” and a handwritten note for each parent. Such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture!

The folks here are friendly, helpful and ready to find the item online if not in their inventory, that has been my experience over the years with this location. Thankful to each of the hard working team members who work diligently to provide the best service for their customers. They are on their feet all day and doing their best. I have worked clothing retail and it's a demanding job to balance all the moving parts. Thank you to the store team, I appreciate all that you do!

Terrible staff. Please avoid yourself the trouble and do not go here. I placed an item on hold and they told me they can hold it for one hour and after that it is first come first serve, which is very fair, except that they do not honor it. I left my city and travelled 40 minutes in the snow storm to get to this location to pick up my jacket. Upon getting there the employee tells me that he sold the jacket to someone 15 minutes ago because they came in and they asked to buy it. I told them they put the jacket in the back with my name on it and that they shouldn’t have just sold it without verifying the name to which the employee replied that the other person that came in to buy it, did not speak english and he had a hard time understanding her so he just sold her the jacket. This is ridiculous. The employee felt bad and apologized but at this point that apology is useless to me. I wasted time, fuel and energy to come get the item and all because of employee dumbness I wasn’t able to get it.
