Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

- RRRoomina Rashid4 days ago1.0Terrible staff. Please avoid yourself the trouble and do not go here. I placed an item on hold and they told me they can hold it for one hour and after that it is first come first serve, which is very fair, except that they do not honor it. I left my city and travelled 40 minutes in the snow storm to get to this location to pick up my jacket. Upon getting there the employee tells me that he sold the jacket to someone 15 minutes ago because they came in and they asked to buy it. I told them they put the jacket in the back with my name on it and that they shouldn’t have just sold it without verifying the name to which the employee replied that the other person that came in to buy it, did not speak english and he had a hard time understanding her so he just sold her the jacket. This is ridiculous. The employee felt bad and apologized but at this point that apology is useless to me. I wasted time, fuel and energy to come get the item and all because of employee dumbness I wasn’t able to get it.

Some of the staff wouldn't even help me check the inventory. The employee in the picture was extremely rude, really bad attitude from her, which made me feel very uncomfortable!

Brooklyn was arrogant, dismissive, and visibly impatient when I asked about the policy. When I requested to speak with a manager, she insisted that she was the manager, which only made the experience worse. Her unprofessional attitude left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. Considering how much customers pay for Lululemon products, this level of service is unacceptable. Lululemon customers deserve far better.
