I did not notice until after I wore them. I have spent 1000s at Lululemon for this to happen, this is so sad! Lululemon could at least refund me. I paid a lot for the pants and when there is no logo???? I will not be shopping at the store again! You do not care about your customers only the money!!!

One item was missing from a pickup bag, and another arrived stained. I raised this immediately at checkout. The issue itself was minor. The response from the store manager was not. Rather than resolving the situation, she repeatedly emphasized internal packing procedures and implied customer responsibility. The tone was dismissive and, at points, insulting. As a Pinnacle-tier customer, being treated as though I might be responsible for a missing $34 item after spending four figures in the same visit was unacceptable. Other staff members were professional and helpful, which only highlighted the poor management handling. This experience fell well below what I expect from a flagship store.
