Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

Did not have a great experience returning a pair of shoes bought online , I Shld have received a full refund per their online / app return policy specifically for shoes by the store associate that processed the return incorrectly advised me that only a credit could be done - I enjoy wearing lululemon clothes and am an avid shopper there however this experience has just not been great. You need to do better!

I had a wonderful experience at my local Lululemon store and would love to give special thanks to Sarah (the Store Manager) and Steve (the cashier), as well as the rest of the team.
I came in because there was a small issue with the hood on my jacket. Sarah, Steve, and other staff members were all very patient, friendly, and professional. They took the time to help me find the best solution and completed my replacement smoothly and efficiently.
Their kindness and great teamwork truly made my Christmas much happier. Thank you all for the amazing service—I’ll definitely continue shopping here!
