She had such positive, fun energy and clearly knows the products well. She helped me find a pair of joggers that fit perfectly and explained what she recommended and why. It honestly felt more like shopping with a friend than a typical retail experience. Daniela is a superstar employee and would excel in any sales or customer service role. Lululemon clothes are great when you find the right fit, and she made that process easy. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I have to say I was very impressed, although the store was overflowing with customer there was plenty of staff available and I particularly want to say that Deanna who was handling the fitting rooms that day was a gem! She went out of her way to help with anything I needed and ensured my experience was a great one! That's what you call customer service! Thank you.
