Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits.

I went to the following locations asking if they knew where I could go to get my pants stitched - Yonge/Bloor, Vaughan Mills, Yonge/Eglinton and Fairview Mall - none of the staff offered any suggestions or solutions. I was left feeling disappointed. Finally, I thought I would give Eaton Centre a try in a last ditch effort. I was referred to Fernando who was absolutely amazing. He was friendly and empathetic to my situation and looked to see if there was a place I could go to get my pants stitched and when he couldn't find a place he offered to replace it. Fernando provided excellent customer service and demonstrated what true service excellence is about. I was really appreciative and believe that Fernando lives up to the brand values of Lululemon. Speaking a mile a minute and looking in every direction. It was the wildest thing. Then rushed off to speak to another customer (as if there weren't so many other reps available to speak with her 🙄 ). Then after that, she was just standing there looking at tables..... the customer you're with is your number 1 priority. Turned me off buying anything from that store, so I just left. Foolish girl when there's allo and aritzia right around the corner. I'd rather shop on Amazon then deal with these bot associates you hire. I had such a bad feeling. So disappointed in your 'customer service.'
