I’ve been trying to call this location all weekend about my “buy online and pick me up” for a sold out item. I’m trying to get it shipped instead as it is far for me and no one is picking up!!

Im talking about the Asian lady at the counter. When there is a queue of customers, you dont spend an eternity chatting to your friend (or a customer, whatever it is).

I was so happy to get support from Emmi in regards to an item that was low in availability. She helped me to track it down and commit to the online order for pick up in store. Her professionalism and willingness to go the extra step reminded me of what customer service used to be back in the day (80s and 90s). Nice work Emmi. I appreciate it.👏🏾🎉

i’ve called this store over and over on different days and the phone is never answered. ever. i had an important issue with my order and couldn’t reach a single person. when you go into the store, employees are just walking around and asking so much nonsense questions, yet answering the phone is somehow too much to ask. why have a phone number if no one is expected to pick it up? this is lazy customer service. completely unacceptable for lululemon.
