Just an absolute mess of a business. I bought my stuff online and brought a receipt and my card. Guess what? Cannot get my money back because they want a shipping label. NO WHERE is stated that a shipping label is needed for returns in-store. Just a waste of my time.

Jose has set the bar for what a truly exceptional customer experience looks like. To make a long story short, I had been searching for a specific pair of tennis shorts from a previous season. Jose went above and beyond, coordinating with stores across the country to track them down for me. He certainly didn’t have to do this, but he went the extra mile because he clearly cares about delivering the best possible experience. It’s deeply appreciated, and the way Jose handles customer interactions sets the tone for how I and I’m sure many others perceive the Lacoste brand. Thank you, Jose.

My family and I had the best service from Maja and her team last Monday. They helped us choose so many cute clothes for work. They also helped my brother pick out the perfect sized dress shirt for a big interview he has coming up. We stopped by twice that day and they remembered our names! Honestly it was the best service we had in the whole mall that day. Well done Lacoste!

When I visited this store every time, no anyone tried to assist me but staff just chatting themselves. I truly wanted to buy some but couldn’t stand to be awkward there so I left.

I rarely go out of my way to discuss an experience but I'll just write my short experience here:
It's hot outside, so I was thinking of getting a few polos for work. I walk into the store, where one associate walks by with no eye contact as another remains on the phone at the register, and one is in the back. Almost ten minutes pass as I walk through the store with noone acknowledging me. Then I stand next to the wall of polos, directly next to a sales person who avoids eye contact with me and stays nothing the entire time lol. I finally cave "can I try one of these polos?" I end up asking. He looks at me and says "which one?" I tell him. He hands it to me " you can try it on if you want". .......
So I walk MYSELF to the change rooms and let myself in lol. Noone says anything the whole time I'm in there. Hilarious. The polo doesn't fit, so I leave. Noone is even around to ask anything lol. What a joke. I was legit ready to spend at least 500$ there but I will never even enter that place again. No wonder retail is going under, what a garbage retail experience.
