  First time at the new location after being a regular at Don Mills. Picked up a sweater, pants and socks. Great quality as always. Rochelle and the team were super helpful. Will definitely be back!

  The store is cool, but I’d really appreciate it if they could stock a wider range of men’s clothes, specifically the signature knitwear.

  Bought their well made duck boots in their Shops On Don-mills store, product is light and perfect for snowy days Not too impressive yet very quiet in this new location, given that the high traffic in Manulife Centre, the store is obviously short staffed. Went in there 3 times to browse around, unfortunately nobody greets people, staffs are not attentive. Overall a lame retailer offering laidback services selling good products.

  $250 for a flannel shirt? At that price I expect it to chop wood, make coffee, and tell me how disappointed my dad is in me.

  I went in to look at pyjamas. I am 6'4"; none of the pyjamas were tall (or, for that matter, short): they were all regular, regardless of pattern or size. Do they not believe in the existence of tall people? It does no good to be told that one can order from the catalogue; I can order from the catalogue without taking the trouble to go downtown. One goes to a store to buy things there, not to see samples in another size. I will be disinclined to return.
