  I went in to look at pyjamas. I am 6'4"; none of the pyjamas were tall (or, for that matter, short): they were all regular, regardless of pattern or size. Do they not believe in the existence of tall people? It does no good to be told that one can order from the catalogue; I can order from the catalogue without taking the trouble to go downtown. One goes to a store to buy things there, not to see samples in another size. I will be disinclined to return.

  Could not find any plus sized items in the women's section. Even items like basic tops, which I've purchased in store in other locations (and online) did not go past an XL in store. Was a waste of time.

  I had a fantastic experience at the newly opened L.L. Bean store! The collection is amazing, and the team was very welcoming and helpful. Since it was my first visit, they took the time to explain the brand and its products, which made me appreciate it even more. They also have wonderful gifting options, and the customizable tote bag and Yeti collection is my absolute favorite. I’ll definitely recommend this store to my friends and can’t wait to come back for more shopping!
