Thanks to him, I was able to pick up my Tudor Lagoon Blue. We ended up having a great conversation about watches, and he even offered a thoughtful tour of other brands. Fun fact: this location is one of only three in Canada that carry Patek Philippe, which says a lot about the store’s credibility and reputation. I’ll gladly be returning and look forward to building a long-term relationship with the team here.

What started as a watch appointment quickly turned into a genuine conversation. We spoke not just about Rolex models, but about careers what I do and why this watch means something more than just a timepiece. Darren listened, asked thoughtful questions, and offered honest insights about what might suit me best, great customer service! We discussed different models, timelines, and how the process typically works for someone starting out. He explained everything clearly, with plenty of shared thoughts and ideas how to get the desired Rolex. At Humbertown Jewellers also they carry other top tier brands like Patek Philippe in store, and at one point I joked that when I eventually become a VP at CIBC and want to celebrate properly, I’ll come back for one of those too and asked Darren to make sure my name is on that list too.
