My husband and I went in hoping to see a particular watch collection, and although it wasn't available at the time, he still ended up finding a watch he loves. Our sales associate, Jag, made the entire experience wonderful. He was incredibly personable, funny, and easy to connect with - making us feel completely comfortable, like an old friend. He build such a great rapport with us that we're already looking forward to seeing more of him on future visits. The rest of the staff were just as kind and welcoming. Jay, in particular, was super friendly and added to the warm atmosphere. Overall, this store has exceptional service and we will definitely be back!

I was greeted at the door and assisted by their professional and courteous staff. I was looking for a watch-winding box and spoke with Jag. He took the time to understand why I thought I needed one, and after explaining my situation, he educated me on which types of watches actually require a winding box. As it turned out, I didn’t need one—and I was genuinely impressed by his honesty and the fact that he didn’t try to sell me something unnecessary. This level of integrity immediately earned my trust and showed me that they truly care about their customers. I later inquired about their watches, and Jag referred me to their watch specialist, Suresh. He patiently explained the different watch movements and was extremely knowledgeable. As I was leaving, I mentioned that I have two grandchildren. Suresh kindly asked me to wait and returned with two gingerbread house kits for them. This thoughtful gesture really stood out to me. I will definitely make my next purchase at Humbertown Jewellers. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer care are outstanding.
