  I had the pleasure of being assisted by Aiko who is an exceptional Sales Specialist who consistently exceeded my expectations. Her ability to understand customer needs and match them with the right watch was truly impressive. Aiko demonstrated strong product knowledge, clear communication, patience and a natural talent for building trust with customers. I had an exceptional experience with Humbertown Jewellers. What stood out the most was how they welcomed and treated me with utmost courtesy. Special thanks to Jey and Aiko again.   I booked an appointment at this place due to their gorgeous selection and good reviews and was left heavily disappointed with the service and lack of responsiveness. From the moment I walked in the customer service representative who was helping me treated as if I wasn’t going to buy anything. I was looking for my first luxury watch and he didn’t make any attempt to actually sell the product to me. Only when I told him I was ready to buy the watch did he start being more responsive to my questions and interest. They didn’t want to take credit card so I told them I’d come back in a week to pay via etransfer/cash. I asked them if I could leave a deposit of $1000 so my watch could be kept aside and received no response from them. The CS representative also lacked knowledge on the product he was selling. He didn’t know the different dial colours that the watch came in, and said he would navigate their website to figure it out. I didn’t mind him doing that but he didn’t even know how to sort the website to the correct country and to the right watch collection. I’m leaving a 2 star because I don’t believe 1 person should represent the whole place. But I was very disappointed in my overall experience, and encourage your CS representatives to treat all customers with respect, as we’ve made the time to book an appointment and drive out to see and choose something for ourselves.

  From the moment we walked in, Jag greeted us and gave us a tour. He was very friendly and well informed. A few months later, I booked an appointment with Jag. He made us feel very comfortable and took care of us. He showed us a bunch of timepieces with no pressure. My girlfriend and I both walked out with a watch. We look forward to coming back and working with Jag.
