  Worst Fika location by far very rude and inappropriate sales reps and manager is even worse and no accountability for their behaviour

  They closed early and didn’t even acknowledge at the door when they looked. Close when you’re supposed to. People that are loyal expect consistency. Thank you.

  Despite how busy union station is, this Fika manages to stay well kept and classy. The staff seem great, too. I hadn't bought in a while and what I used to get isn't around anymore. The salesperson Matt was very helpful in getting me something that was close to it, and I was really happy with it. I'll be back for sure!

  Been going to this store since they opened. Have been spending tonnes of money here. As a regular customer I was treated horribly by their Manager today. I was in on Dec 5th, while waiting in line a guy came over and took my order. Brought the stuff out, I tap my card, he looks at the machine, gives me my product and say "you're good, have a great day". I don't live downtown so I'm already on a train back home. Then I go on vacation. I went back today Jan 22nd, the guy at the counter sells me product and I forgot to grab a lighter and instead of selling me the lighter, says there is an unpaid balance. Says he doesn't know why. Not sure why I was sold the product lol. Eventually gets the manager who turns out to be the guy from dec 5th. Who says if I don't pay then they will not serve me going forward. Fine, however, he refused to acknowledge his mistake from dec 5th. Blamed it on the pos system and on me. Sorry pal but you looked at the pos machine after I tapped and handed me the product and said the words, "you're good". Take accountability, and I'll come back and pay the balance. But I will never shop here again either way. Hope someone reads this review.

  Male workers are only nice and helpful to specific females they can flirt and chat with. I’m convinced most of the good reviews here are fake. Inconsistent ID process, I showed them my ID when making an account. Now I have one guy telling me he doesn’t recognize me. I’ve seen him 4 times… After just watching him flirt and chat for 5 minutes with another young lady he JUST MET while I waited in line. Didn’t see him asking for her ID though. These kind of things make people go to another store, there are so many other places in the area I’d rather give my money too. They don’t even give points properly for your purchases. Their items are at least 5-10 dollars over the regular price at other stores. Why did I even make an account with this store? Useless…
