    Worker with glasses who opened on Boxing Day is very rude and disrespectful. His customer service sucks!

    Guy with the glasses who looks goofy is very rude and unprofessional! I would never step back into this store. What kind of customer representative uses passive aggressive language towards the customer?

    Very disappointing experience due to staff behavior. We were enjoying our visit until an employee became unnecessarily rude and confrontational because the door was not closed immediately. Instead of politely asking or explaining, the staff member spoke to us in a harsh and unprofessional tone, which was completely uncalled for. As paying customers, we expect basic courtesy and respectful communication. The way this situation was handled made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and it overshadowed what should have been a pleasant visit. Customer service is a huge part of the experience, especially in a hospitality setting. I sincerely hope management addresses this behavior, as it reflects poorly on an otherwise well-known establishment. This happened on boxing day, guy was wearing glasses. GOOFY. Naya the best though.

    Goofy looking guy with the glasses in the front is so rude. I accidentally didn’t close the door which caused the wind to catch it. When I came back he threw my preroll at me and said “make sure that doors closed this time buddy” in a very condescending manner, then told me to watch myself on the way out. Need to better csr training. Naya on the other hand has exceptional customer service!

    Mash was the person I dealt with when making the purchase. Super cool staff and made the vape selection and trip a lot easier. Will be returning soon for more!
