  Order was placed and accepted by the store for same day delivery. And order was never delivered. Called the store many times. No one answers. Why take a same day order if you can’t fulfil the order?!?

  Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The Edible Arrangement I received today had poor presentation — the snowman shapes were badly done, missing decorations, and the arrangement was also missing the oranges that were supposed to be included.

  Honestly this is reflection of the crappy online platform. Your website is GARBAGE. I have been trying to place an order for 2 days. I give up. It glitches, sometimes doesn't even load. What is going on!!! That's a lost customer sadly but had to make a review to make the company aware and is not a reflection of this location

  I ordered a “Happy Birthday Delicious Fruit Design” (Large) through the Edible Arrangements website on September 19, and it was fulfilled by the store at 140 Adelaide Street East, Toronto. The recipient received the arrangement the next day. When they opened the gift, they were shocked to find that several of the strawberries were moldy, and there was even a live insect crawling on the fruit. This is not only incredibly disappointing but also a serious food safety concern. A gift like this is meant to be fresh, safe, and enjoyable, and this experience fell far short of that standard. I hope Edible Arrangements takes this situation seriously and ensures proper quality control at this location. This is not acceptable in any way, and steps should be taken so that no one else has to experience this, especially when sending gifts meant to celebrate a special occasion.

  This business deserves zero stars!! It’s the worst business I’ve ever worked with. I ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day only for my girlfriend to receive spoilt flowers!! There’s no effort put into these gifts packages they sell, they just get stuff from the dollar and send it. Spend your money with a business that values customer satisfaction. This is unacceptable!
