  Rarely do I write negative reviews but this experience wanted me to alert and advise others to go to Holt Renfrew instead. Luxury shopping shouldn't be casting you as a burden to a sales associate's time. The positives are obvious. Beautiful store, wonderfully designed, nice flow, and the manager or lead sales associate is very good. She is aware of all the clients, greets them, and assigns a sales associate to people quickly. She's friendly, efficient, and polite. We had 2 sales associate 'help us'. And when I say 'help us', they did the very opposite. The first was a gentleman who didn't know how to listen and communicate clearly (gage vs size... he couldn't tell us if certain bracelets was available in what gage and what wrist sizes). We ended up searching right in front of him on our phone to tell him the bracelets were available in Yorkdale. We were handed off to another sales associate who was much more knowledgeable but had one of the most dismissive attitudes I've seen in a long time. The 2nd sales associate disappeared half way through our conversation because we didn't like the bracelets she showed us and figured we weren't buying. She went into the back room and never came out. She made no attempts after showing 4 bracelets in one case to understand what we were looking for. We ended up walking ourselves to the other side and looking online to see if the bracelet size was available and how much they were. The sales manager saw us in the corner and had a puzzled face. She asked us if we were helped and wanted to know the name of the sales associate. She ended up going into the back to find the 2nd sales associate who looked bothered and bored to selling us a bracelet. If Holt Renfrew had the wrist size, we would have instantly gone over there and bought it instead. Unfortunately this stand alone store was the only option in GTA. Save your time and experience and head over to Holt Renfrew instead. They were far more engaging, lovely, and kind

  I wanted to share my recent experience with David Yurman because I’m genuinely disappointed by the lack of transparency and professionalism I’ve encountered. On October 3, 2025, I ordered a 2x Diamond Signet Ring (Size 2) at the Yorkdale Mall location. I was told it would arrive within three weeks, and I made it clear it was for my birthday — even asked for the order to be marked urgent. Weeks went by with no communication or updates. When I messaged the sales associate ( RUTH ) directly, she read my message but didn’t respond. After chasing the store myself, I finally learned (for the first time) that my ring was on backorder and wouldn’t arrive until the end of November — almost a month later than promised. I sent a formal written complaint to their customer care team. Gabriel from David Yurman replied once saying that management would review my case. I followed up on October 28, but since then… no response at all. For a luxury brand, I expected much more transparency, accountability, and professionalism. So far, it’s been silence and delay. If anyone’s considering placing a special order with David Yurman — especially through the Yorkdale store — I’d strongly suggest getting written confirmation on delivery timelines and communication expectations beforehand.

  If you ever need anything from this location at David Yurman. Go immediately to Cherise. She is an amazing jewellery consultant. Been loving her. She will go above and beyond your expectations. She will forever be my jewellery consultant at this location. 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

  I needed two spiritual bead bracelets resized and Mary was very helpful and made the process simple and painless. Excellent customer service and beautiful pieces.
