On October 3, 2025, I ordered a 2x Diamond Signet Ring (Size 2) at the Yorkdale Mall location. I was told it would arrive within three weeks, and I made it clear it was for my birthday — even asked for the order to be marked urgent. Weeks went by with no communication or updates. When I messaged the sales associate ( RUTH ) directly, she read my message but didn’t respond. After chasing the store myself, I finally learned (for the first time) that my ring was on backorder and wouldn’t arrive until the end of November — almost a month later than promised. I sent a formal written complaint to their customer care team. Gabriel from David Yurman replied once saying that management would review my case. I followed up on October 28, but since then… no response at all. For a luxury brand, I expected much more transparency, accountability, and professionalism. So far, it’s been silence and delay. If anyone’s considering placing a special order with David Yurman — especially through the Yorkdale store — I’d strongly suggest getting written confirmation on delivery timelines and communication expectations beforehand.
