I received the tracking number 1024201005776946, which shows that Canada Post delivered the package on September 16, 2025, at 12 PM. However, I never received any package. There was no delivery notice, and the courier never contacted me. I contacted customer support several times — they said they would start an investigation, but they did nothing and just ignored my messages. I’m very disappointed with this situation and with Chanel’s service. My dad never received his gift, and I lost $200. I do not recommend ordering from Chanel, because there is no guarantee that you’ll actually receive your purchase. 😞

The staff came across as rude and dismissive, making me feel like I didn’t belong in the store. They didn’t seem interested in helping me at all. While one associate was on the phone, a bodyguard was even sent over to tell me to get off my phone, which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. When I asked about sizing for a shoe, the staff quickly said they didn’t have it without even checking. This was not the level of service I’ve come to expect from Chanel, and I left feeling extremely dissatisfied.
