  Very bad customer service, they just tell you nah they don’t have it. Unwilling to help you to order or check other stores for inventory. They even hold items for other customers which I’ve never heard about is even a thing. Like I called before to ask for getting items hold and got refused. Go to Bloor downtown don’t come

  If you are a person of colour specifically a black person do not go to this location as they put 7 employees in one room to watch my friend try on bags and we overheard them say “keep an eye on them”. It’s 2026 stereotyping and being racist is unacceptable you don’t judge based on how somebody looks, especially if you want our sale.

  Bought a bag from this store but just wanted to say the service is terrible, they have no respect for their customers. Sales associate was only nice when she knew we were serious.

  Staff appeared impatient and attempted to justify selling purses with visible scratches and defects, suggesting that customers would buy regardless. Please note as a customer, we work very hard to afford these purchases, yet the level of care, respect, and attentiveness expected was lacking. The sales representatives are desensitized to the customer experience and, due to how busy the store is, are not motivated to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend taking your business to the flagship location in yorkville instead.

  Was a bit nervous to go to this boutique in Yorkdale because of the reviews, but I had a pleasant experience. Marco helped me with my purchase and was very nice and helpful!
