When I returned them, I was offered only a gift card, despite the product being clearly defective. Chanel is a luxury brand that promises exceptional quality and service, and I expected a proper replacement or a fair solution. I feel let down by the lack of accountability and support. The service and customer support were shockingly poor — something I never expected from Chanel. This is unacceptable for a luxury brand, and I expect proper accountability.

Over the years, I have been a very good customer at Chanel. The male sales associate, (short Asian in his 40-50's) insinuated that my earrings were fakes because he was unable to pull up the original receipt. He made me feel as though i was a criminal. I came home and located my receipt. Trying to get in touch with a manager but of course NO ANSWER!! This location is the worst!!!!! YORKVILLE location is ALWAYS a pleasure to shop at. Spend your money at any location other than Yorkdale. Horrible customer service!!!!
