  EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE OVERALL! I do not know where all these negative reviews are coming from. I was so anxious for days prior to my visit because of what I read but it was quite the opposite! The welcoming staffs in the cue were so warm and friendly, they even exchanged laughter with my toddler while waiting. Then the sales agent assigned to me (i feel bad i have not asked her name), she was the best! It was so hard to find my size and she was so helpful and went back and forth to find the right fit. But I can see all the other SAs close to us and everyone was smiling and helpful. Too bad I don’t have a size cause 35 was still too small. I was heartbroken. But not because of the staffs. They are all wonderful and Im excited to get my chanel items there!

  Absolutely terrible rude people. They follow you around. I asked not to be followed around and they refused. They make you feel like they don’t trust you. I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on Chanel and they want to follow me around. No thanks go to New York and get treated right Canada is a terrible place to shop.

  They make you wait in a line with no one in the store! Unbelievable. Poor customer service and taking my business elsewhere. This is not how you treat customers wanting to splurge on a non-essential luxury item. Chanel HR, take note, this is NOT how you keep customers happy and coming back when your customer service sucks.

  Earlier today I was in the store and asked if they could hold a black Kelly bag for me for a few hours, they refused. When I got home, I told my husband and he was very upset. He called the store and let the know we are on our way and to have the bag ready, they agreed. When we arrived to the store ready to purchase it, the staff said they couldn’t find the bag. We waited around for about 15 minutes with no explanation, and eventually a sales associate came back with a display bag that was clearly scratched and worn. What upset me most is that we were being pushed to pay and have the bag wrapped before even seeing it. If I hadn’t asked to look at it first, I would have gone home with a scratched display bag at full price. That felt very misleading and honestly uncomfortable. There was no apology for the wait, the confusion, or the condition of the bag. The overall attitude was cold and unwelcoming, which was surprising for a luxury store and a purchase of this level. This was meant to be a special purchase, but the experience completely took away from that. I left without buying anything and very disappointed. The staff at this location are very unprofessional and unfriendly. I Will never shop here again, I should have gone to yorkville like I normally do.
