  Amazing service and all around experience! JB is the best! and he should be your go to sales rep, he puts in the extra time, getting to know your likes/dislikes, going over and beyond on delivery and ensuring you leave happy with every visit. Purchased my wedding ring here and would be coming back again for the many other things on my wish list.

  My wife has wanted a Cartier Tank for a long time, so while visiting Toronto from the East Coast, we stopped at the Cartier boutique to get her ring sized and look at watches. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us and basically tried to rush us out the door. Maybe they thought we were just a couple of bums from the East Coast. What really stood out was how attentive they suddenly became when a super rude older gentleman walked in asking about a watch repair. They practically fell over themselves to help him while we were left standing there. Maybe if we weren’t so polite, we could have gotten some service too? We left and went to Birks on Bloor instead, and the difference was night and day. Birks treated us like valued customers, spent over 90 minutes helping my wife try on watches, and made the experience enjoyable. Because of that, Birks earned a sale that was three times what we originally planned to spend at Cartier — on a Cartier watch. Cartier lost a sale that day simply because they couldn’t be bothered to give us a few minutes of genuine attention. Disappointing experience, and we won’t be back.

  My partner and I were very excited to try on wedding bands at this location, but were very disappointed with the service. Despite making an appointment, they were not expecting our arrival and did not know the reason for our visit. We did receive water, but overall we felt rushed and disregarded by the staff - a huge contrast to our experience at the NYC 5th Avenue Cartier location. This has really made us reconsider going with Cartier for our wedding rings, as this would be our primary location. We likely will not be returning.

  On December 3 i had an appointment , i want to get the love ring for a very long time, so i finally had to courage to get one , the service was fast and amazing, first when i arrived i did mention that i have an appointment , but i am early , is it ok , they say yes come in , so i stand and talk to the sales person, then he said let sit and i can show you the collection, i said ok , so he reach out the rings , and put few on the little tray ,i said i already have a ring in my head i show him the picture and he got me that ring , he offered me teat or coffee i said no thank you as i had my coffee on my hand ,so i chose the ring asked him to engrave for me he did , the experience was amazing , within 15 minutes everything was done and he give me ring
