Second, once the item was purchased, it needed to be serviced. I was advised by the seller that he would call when it was ready, and mail it to me directly. I kept getting automated texts that my item was ready. After calling twice and being told my item would be sent by my seller, I called again on Wednesday, and it had still not been mailed. The woman on the phone put it on the plane for priory shipping. Meaning, my item was ready for a week plus, just sitting there. However, I’m glad I got it the next day. When I got it, did it come in its iconic red box? No! Just some basic red pouch. After trying to reach Bloor yesterday between 11-11:30 AM (they’re supposed to open at 11), and getting the automated message that they were closed, I spoke to someone in customer service (not at Bloor), who was so sweet. She advised she will send a message to the Bloor store to call me, and I will get the red box. EDIT: I received my red box a day after complaining (very quickly). Updating my star review to three stars.
