He presented various options and allowed us to compare them with ease. Fadi had such a positive attitude and was not pushy at all when we were browsing. He even made the effort to rewrap the gift when we had to update the details regarding the warranty. The overall experience was flawless and enjoyable. I will definitely be purchasing with Fadi in the future. Two years ago I purchased a necklace with Gino and my experience was awful. He did not wrap my gift properly which was very disappointing. A few months later we went to browse ring options and Gino was there again and he was not helpful and did not seem to want our business. He was not helpful with seeing different options. He was not sincere so we left and have been reluctant to purchase from this Cartier location since then. Thankfully Fadi has restored my faith in the brand and I will continue to purchase at this location with his help. I will recommend all my friends to get their Christmas gifts here with him.
