    I had an amazing experience at Cartier Yorkdale thanks to MJ Kadi! He was so helpful and patient, bringing me all the options I wanted to see and making sure I was happy with my choice. He also treated my son so kindly — offered him drinks and even a little gift, which made our visit extra special. MJ has such a great attitude and truly provides exceptional customer service. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit Cartier Yorkdale!

    I purchased a Love bracelet at the Cartier Yorkdale boutique in 2021. At the time of purchase, I did not notice that the serial number engraved on the bracelet did not match the number on the certificate. I trusted the sales associate and assumed the documentation provided was accurate. Recently, I discovered the discrepancy and immediately contacted Cartier. I was informed that a replacement certificate could not be issued, despite the fact that my purchase is registered under my name and I am a loyal Cartier customer. I find it extremely concerning that a luxury Maison of Cartier’s reputation is unable—or unwilling—to correct an error made at the time of purchase. This situation has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment, and raises questions about Cartier’s quality control and customer service standards. I sincerely hope Cartier reconsiders its position and provides a solution, as this experience has been deeply frustrating and has affected my confidence in the brand.

    As a frequent Cartier customer, I was genuinely appalled by the experience my friend and I had at the Yorkdale boutique. We were assisted by a sales associate named Joseph when we came in to try on the new Love bracelet and compare the medium and classic versions. While browsing, I also asked if my jewelry (a Baignoire watch and small Love bracelet) could be cleaned. From the start, Joseph seemed visibly impatient and uninterested, appearing annoyed each time we wanted to try on a different piece. Our interaction lasted barely five minutes before he abruptly cut us off and said, “You can just wait on the couch for your jewelry to be returned.” We were still in the middle of shopping — I was even prepared to purchase the medium Love bracelet that day — but his dismissive and unwelcoming attitude completely changed my mind. Cartier has always represented elegance, exceptional service, and a sense of celebration when making a purchase. Unfortunately, Joseph’s behavior fell far below that standard and single-handedly ruined what should have been an enjoyable experience. I’ll be taking my business to the Bloor location or ordering online moving forward.
