I had an amazing experience at Cartier and a big part of that was thanks to Kiana. From the moment I walked in, Kiana made the entire process smooth, easy, and genuinely enjoyable. She has incredible taste and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. With her guidance, I ended up finding a watch I absolutely love — something I had been wanting for a long time. Kiana was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel special rather than rushed. If you’re visiting Cartier, I highly recommend asking for Kiana. She truly made the experience exceptional.
Sharon was very professional and helpful with our purchase of wedding band. She took the time to explain and provided advice which helped us choose the right fit.

Very disappointed with the customer service. As a serious customer, I made an appointment to buy a watch but they didn’t have the model I was hoping to buy, which was totally okay. I was asked to provide my contact details to be put on the wait list. They said they will text me with the confirmation but I heard nothing. The SA’s name was Samantha and she did not care maybe because I didn’t have an existing account and only a first time client? When they said it would take a month I also called the store in Yorkville and they said they will have the watch ready for me in a week. This store is poorly organized and it is their loss to not score sales I would have given them. Very unfortunate.

When I first entered the store, I have to admit that I felt a bit disappointed. After we walked in, a sales associate initially approached us to offer assistance, but he was stopped by a lady at the entrance, who told us that we could just look around by ourselves. From my understanding, the store usually operates on a one-on-one service model.
That being said, I would still like to sincerely thank Jennifer. Once she began assisting us, she demonstrated a very professional, patient, and welcoming attitude. She took the time to understand our needs, answered our questions thoroughly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the process. There was a small issue during payment, but she remained calm and patient, waiting us resolve it without showing any frustration.
In addition, she carefully explained the product care instructions and provided detailed information about after-sales services, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind. When we later returned to the store to pick up the item, the experience was smooth and very satisfying.
Overall, despite the slightly disappointing start, Jennifer’s professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness truly made a positive impression. I genuinely appreciate her excellent service and dedication, which ultimately made the entire shopping experience a pleasant and memorable one,she definitely deserves 5 starts!
