  Bought the Serpenti ring from the boutique in 2020. Now I found a crack in the ring and Bulgari workshop identified there was some dust inside. (Have no idea how dust can get into the ring, poorly designed or crafted if you asked me). Now the workshop has decided to charge $200 + tax for cleaning, not even including examining if the diamonds are settled properly. The ring now retails at $14,600 CAD. The price increased so much in recent years, yet they charge $200 for cleaning and polishing. Does the price increase even align with the service provided? I was actually considering to buying a serpenti chocker. But this $200 makes me doubt myself. Kudos to the craftsmenship of Bulgari and cleverness of the workshop cuz there is no better way to make your existing customers shop and love the brand more for charging them the $200+taxes for maintenance. 🙌🏼

  Although my wife and I weren’t planning to make a purchase when we went to Yorkdale mall, we definitely contemplated on upgrading our wedding bands from Tiffany & Co. As we walked around, we went into essentially all jewelry boutiques such as Cartier, David Yurman, Van Cleef, Tiffany & Co (again), and finally… Bvlgari. To be absolutely honest, Bvlgari wasn’t a brand that popped up and added to the list during our exploration. We walked into Bvlgari without any prior appointments made and was warmly welcomed by Franco. He was very knowledgeable and patient, while we looked at each section trying on different pieces. We were quite impressed with the hospitality and he really built us the confidence in Bvlgari’s product quality. However, we weren’t exactly prepared to purchase new wedding bands that moment, which Franco kindly kept in touch with us for next two weeks. After further consideration, we decided to make the purchase! Although the product is great quality (I like the feel of heaviness in the product), I can confidently say Franco played the major part in building this connection. Purchasing luxury boutique products is not simply a sales transaction, it’s an experience. Most importantly, luxury is inclusive, genuine and natural. The interaction did not feel forced and less of being sold a product but finding an experience where we can turn that moment into a special memory. Happy to say, Franco did convert us into loyal Bvlgari clients!

  Hassan truly gave us one of the most unforgettable anniversary experiences we’ve ever had! 😍👏🏻 From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with such warmth and genuine excitement—it immediately felt special. To our surprise, he had arranged a beautiful macaron tower and champagne to help us celebrate another year together. It was such a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the entire visit ✨ But what truly stood out was the way Hassan brought every Bulgari piece to life!! I was stunned at how he didn’t just show us jewelry—he shared the rich stories behind each collection. His passion for the brand is so real, and it made us feel even more connected to what Bulgari stands for. He went above and beyond in every way—remembering all the little details of what I like and guiding me so patiently through choosing the perfect pieces to begin my Bulgari journey. Everything about the experience felt intentional, personal, and full of heart ♥️♥️ Hassan, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our anniversary so meaningful. You’ve made us feel like more than just clients—you’ve made us feel truly celebrated. We can’t wait to continue our Bulgari journey with you!!
