  Everyone ! Be careful ! To purchase online with sales ! ! ! ( add WeChat or others) I purchased a bag through their sales associate Judy Yan online, without ever seeing the product in person. At no point before payment did she tell me the item was final sale or non-refundable / non-exchangeable. She only sent me a photo of the receipt after the payment was processed — and that was the first time I saw a small line at the bottom saying "final sale." When I contacted them immediately to request a return or exchange, Judy refused, and later their manager Jim called me with an unprofessional attitude, insisting that it was "company policy" and that they wouldn't do anything to help, even though I was never informed of this policy beforehand. When I said “ she didn’t tell me no return or exchange “ Jim even replied “ will… you didn’t ask???” This kind of misleading sales practice is completely unacceptable, especially for a brand like Balenciaga. If you are buying from this outlet, please be careful - always ask for all policies in writing before paying, because they will not tell you otherwise. I have already filed a chargeback with my bank due to their unethical handling of the situation. Oh also, actually when I first time speaking with Jim, he said he will talk to Judy and then call me back in two days. After two days there’s no phone calls. At the end I asked Judy to asked him, and then he called me back saying this stupid policy.

  Bad store and even worse employees. The store had 2 people inside and doorman didn't open the door when i tried he said they are at capacity. They had more sales people then customers. Hate stores like this where the employees are on a powertrip.

  Came 30 mins before close. Store was empty. And said they had to close early to stock and close and would not let us in. So disappointing.
