  Tried to purchase some items but had a very pushy experience at the register. The staff refused to take "no" for an answer regarding my email address. I was even told I couldn't return items if I didn't provide it—which is a ridiculous hurdle for a standard transaction. If you value your privacy, shop elsewhere. I left my items on the counter and won't be back.

  Big shout out to Roman aka Roman Empire and Lola. I ordered online and selected instore pickup option order value 150$ . I wanted to extend the pickup date Feb 14 as i was in process of ordering some more stuff. Spoke with Roman he initially said it can be extended and they will hold the stuff but called me back that he has double checked after instore pickup deadline sale will be reversed but i can later buy at same price from store they will hold the items. Roman took full ownership of the call i was very impressed by his great customer service and his customer centric approach. I was jokingly called him Roman as in Roman Empire when i asked his name. Keep up the smiling face @Roman. @Lola was at order pickup very pleasant girl not many girls wear head bandana i said girl you gotta buy a Harley. I spoke to the manger in store and told her about my experience. I started buying from AE after famous Sydney Sweeney ad...Great products and equally great instore staff. I have bought in excess of 1000$ stuff from AE after that. God Bless Y'all Peace ❤️❤️❤️

  Big ups to Jennifer, I only had a photo of the garment and she continued looking for the item based off the description. Once I found the tag, she worked very efficiently to find the garment. She had very a positive attitude and kind demeanour. Thank you for such a great and efficient shopping experience!

  They ask us to put our purchase on hold and come to pick up the day after But when I come to pick up they told that your order is suspended 😑😑😑😑 This is ridiculous
