  absolutely horrible customer service. that’s all i have to say. so many staff and they’re all so useless. except for the queens at the cash register.

  went to ALO at Yorkdale and what I wanted they did not have my size, so it was ordered from the ALO store on Bloor. Received my order but size was WRONG, I have been trying to contact someone to see how I can return them, but nothing. I chatted with on line after scanning my receipts and everything they asked for, 60 minutes later they said they only do US orders and not CANADIAN !!!! and i asked her what do I do now, to avoid going to Yorkdale, and she replied "go to the store" its not easy going to Yorkdale, it is their fault not mine, now i have to drive from Markham to Yorkdale traffic time. Seriously !!!

  Leanne D, the manager was so helpful with helping me exchange my medium pants and crew neck for a small size as I received as a gift for Christmas from my mom. The staff was so pleasurable to deal with and very kind and helpful! I love my accolade set; thank you again Leanne!

  I just wanted to share how disappointed I was with the service at your Yorkdale store. Last time I ordered, I went in to change the colour of two items. The staff were honestly really rude and told me that because I bought them on sale and online, it had nothing to do with them. They even said, “the money doesn’t even go into our system — it goes to the U.S., so we can’t help you,” which was shocking to hear. Really?! In the end, I was basically forced to return the items because they refused to help me with something that should’ve been simple. What makes it even more frustrating is that I get all your online promos through the same email I originally gave in-store. So if online and in-store are supposedly “not connected,” why am I getting online offers tied to my in-store profile? It just doesn’t make sense. To be honest, the way I was treated was really disappointing for a brand at your level. Zara and H&M have treated me better than what I experienced at your store.
