She knew the stock well and showed me the right fit fast. Her attitude was calm and professional. Service felt smooth and respectful. I would shop here again because of her.

I picked up an XXS sports bra as a gift and noticed a clear stain on the lace. When I asked the staff member about it, she repeatedly said “it doesn’t matter” and told me to wash it at home. For a brand that positions itself as premium, this attitude felt very unprofessional. No effort to check for a clean item or offer real help. I ended up buying from another store. ALO needs to improve the customer service at this location.

When I pointed it out, she told me “just wash it at home” and repeated “it doesn’t matter” several times. I felt dismissed and treated like I was being too picky, even though this was a $100 gift from a luxury brand. She didn’t even check if a clean one was in stock. Because of the poor attitude and low responsibility, I chose to buy from another brand instead. Disappointed—not with ALO products, but with the service from this staff member.
