  Very disappointing experience at Alo – Eaton Centre. This store has one of the worst policies and attitudes I’ve encountered. I bought a pair of pants on when they had the 30% off and came back to exchange them for a different color of the same item. I was told the sale price would no longer apply, which makes absolutely no sense. On top of that, several employees were rude and dismissive instead of helpful. It felt like they were looking for excuses rather than trying to assist a paying customer. For a brand that positions itself as premium, the customer service and exchange policy are extremely lame and disappointing. I won’t be shopping at this location again.

  I had a great experience at this store. The associate in the photo was polite and helpful. She stopped her folding right away and helped me check sizes. She knew the stock well and showed me the right fit fast. Her attitude was calm and professional. Service felt smooth and respectful. I would shop here again because of her.
