  I would give them a zero star review if I could, even emailed their customer service and go no response. I was at the Yorkdale location of Alexander McQueen. I had bought two rings for my brother and the smallest men’s size that you guys carry, but they were still too big for him. Camille helped us that day and she was amazing but today we went and we had the displeasure of dealing with one of your employees named Jay. First off I understand that there’s no refunds however, Camille had told us we could get a full refund if the rings didn’t fit because they were the smallest men’s size. And she understood that there wouldn’t be anything else we would purchase. When we told Jay that Camille had told us that we could return it, he said no you guys are given a receipt and we make you guys sign off that you understand that there are no refunds. We said OK no problem. We’ll just do an exchange. My brother said he wanted to try on the men’s rings, but then was like I might as well check the women’s rings as well.. Jay seemed frustrated that we were moving from the men’s side to the women’s side as we were trying to decide what to exchange the rings for. My brother then tried on a size 13 in the women’s ring and told Jay that the ring fit and he liked it and then we were just exchange it for this one and Jay made a face. Like kind of laughing at my brother that he was fitting into a woman’s size ring. He made my brother feel so uncomfortable and so disrespected that he would laugh at the size of my brother wears. Jay then also just seemed so inconvenience that we were requesting to try on a bunch of different rings. As a consumer at a luxury brand I would expect better customer service and training for your employees. My brother has a collection of luxury brand rings, and never once has he felt disrespected. I myself own multiple luxury brand items and never have. I felt that I was inconveniencing a customer service rep who was helping me make a purchase of an item. I am now stuck here with an $85 credit for a company that I will not purchase from again because of the disrespect that we dealt with at your store.

  Worst experience ever The Chinese guy on the front door talked to me as if I am his subordinate. Say Can you leave your drink at the front. Please teach your employees some manners For example saying Please Customers spend their hard earned money and that money pays their salaries. Please teach some manners and customer service skills to your employees. Thank you
