  Irsa was amazing to deal with. She was very knowledgable and helpful with offering options for tshirts I was looking at. Also helped my wife and was a total vibe!! Thanks IRSA, we both will be back👍

  I visited the Emporio Armani store at Yorkdale Mall to have the strap length adjusted on my brand new Emporio Armani watch. The staff initially said “sure, we’ll be right back,” but it quickly became obvious that they did not know how to properly adjust or even clip the strap back correctly. They proceeded anyway and handled the watch carelessly. The worst part was the customer service. One male staff member (slightly longer hair, wearing a single/stud earring) was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility, they abruptly told me to “go to Fossil” and walked away. I later found out there is no Fossil store at Yorkdale Mall, which shows how little effort they made to actually help. As a result of their mishandling, my brand new watch was damaged and covered in scratches. I had to go to a local watch repair shop at Bramalea City Centre and pay out of pocket to fix what they caused. When I asked for their names or the manager’s email, they refused, claiming it was “against policy,” which is completely unacceptable for a luxury brand. Very disappointing experience. Poor professionalism, no accountability, and absolutely not the level of service expected from Emporio Armani.

  Amazing store amazing brend amazing sales associates Especially Irsa she's great friendly polite easy to talk too and very knowledgeable and and stylish she's knows every selection and helped me pick nice belt and was very informative about the brend as well learned some interesting things about Emporio Armani overall all everyone is great here and good experience :)

  Cindy was so helpful and amazing. She took all the time to help us on my bf birthday and spoiled us with the best service and experience ! Left Hugo boss because workers were over bearing. Cindy cleared the negativity and brought us joy and we left with exactly what we were looking for !

  I bought an Armani watch online and called the store to see if they can resize it for me, but they told me they only do this for in store purchases and not online orders. This is a really poor customer service and stupid excuse. Brands this big shouldn’t operate their business like this. Definitely won’t purchase any Armani Merchandise in the future anymore.
