  I had a really bad experience when trying to ask about an exchange/repair. The products are very expensive, so I expected high quality, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I bought my bag just last December, and after only a few months, it already had issues. When I asked if it could be fixed, the Korean guy (supervisor/manager) was not approachable at all and immediately said they couldn’t do anything about it. No effort to help or even explain properly. For a brand that charges this much, customer service should be much better. Definitely not worth the money.

  Visited 2nd time few days ago....the staff was good..but i was most impressed by the Tall and polite security guard name DC. He was so welcoming and respectful.

  I am beyond upset with one of the staff there, Shorena K. Very rude and doesn’t have an ounce of compassion in her. I will not be coming to this store ever again to make a purchase. Nasty attitudes won’t get you business. Continue that and see where that gets you for real. Awful visit to say the very least.✌🏻

  If negative stars were an option, I’d happily choose that. I visited the store with the intention of selecting both Christmas and wedding gifts. As the specific items I was looking for were not available, I asked if I could take a few photos to share with my sister and was given permission to do so. A few moments later, the same sales associate began following me around the store and informed me that photos were not allowed after all. Being given permission and then treated with suspicion was an odd and uncomfortable experience. Nothing says “luxury experience” like being stalked between displays after being given permission. I even had to ask her to stop following me because it was getting uncomfortably weird. The store itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the atmosphere created by the staff feels unwelcoming and unnecessarily tense. A more warm and professional approach to customer service would truly elevate the experience. Save yourself the awkwardness. Shop literally anywhere else.
