I exchanged them twice( i really like it and don’t want to return), and the staff were incredibly kind throughout the process. Special thanks to Mary and Murad—especially Murad, who was very patient and did his best to solve my problem. In the end, everything worked out perfectly. We’ve definitely found our favorite brand now. It was a great experience!
