  If I can give 0 stars I would. My Fiance got dress shoes from here and NEVER WORE IT outside the store. It was not his size so we ended up coming back to exchange them. The lady in the short blonde hair was very rude and dismissive advising the shoes were damaged and we could not exchange them EVEN THO they never fit and my fiance couldn’t even get the shoe on (mind you he wore nylons when he tried it in the store and it couldn’t go on with his regular socks). There was no empathy from the sales lady and didnt even bother to confirm if the shoes were already like that when we bought them. The ONLY time it was worn was in the store and apparently the tiny scuff on the bottom were our fault.

  I have to say Greg is by far the best at what he does Very professional and extremely well knowledgeable at his job Went in for a pair of heels for wedding day and came out feeling amazing ! He will be the first person I always ask for when I go Thank you for making my day even more special and going over and beyond

  Title: $5,000 Shoes, Zero Accountability, and Appalling Customer Service I am extremely disappointed with Christian Louboutin and my experience at the Yorkdale Mall location in Toronto. I purchased two pairs of signature spike shoes, paying $2,500 per pair (over $5,000 total). At the time of purchase, I was explicitly told by store staff that if any spikes fell off, the shoes would be replaced or remedied. That assurance was a key factor in my decision to buy. After wearing the shoes only twice, spikes began falling off—an unacceptable quality failure for footwear at this price point. When I contacted the store, I was shocked by the response: I was told there is no warranty The store refused to honor what was promised at the time of sale Customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no interest in resolving the issue This is not a minor defect—spikes are a defining feature of the product. If they cannot withstand minimal wear, the product is fundamentally flawed. Christian Louboutin markets itself as a luxury brand, but this experience reflects poor craftsmanship, misleading sales practices, and extremely poor customer service. A luxury price tag should come with luxury-level accountability. Here, it came with excuses and indifference. I strongly caution potential buyers: do not rely on verbal assurances, and do not expect support if something goes wrong—even after spending thousands of dollars. This was my first and will be my last purchase from Christian Louboutin.

  Amazing experience and very friendly staff in louboutin store. I was helped by a nice lady who’s tall and has black hair and a gentleman wearing glasses. Both associates were patient and helpful.
