  I had a terrible experience with Canada Goose. I was sold a defective winter parka, and when I attempted to return it within 30 days, the store refused to exchange it and pushed me to their warranty department. Warranty was no help, Not only was customer service unhelpful, but I was also charged a cleaning fee for a jacket that was defective from the start. To make matters worse, I am still without a jacket after all of this. The customer service supervisor, Ishalpa was unhelpful and dismissive. Canada Goose is simply not willing to take onus on a defective product they sold customers. This entire experience has been exhausting and unacceptable, especially given the premium price Canada Goose charges. The quality of their jackets has clearly declined, and their customer service does not stand behind their products. I would strongly advise against purchasing from Canada Goose and instead recommend investing in a brand that actually stands by its quality, such as Arc’teryx.

  The fur collar on my Expedition Parka is literally falling apart. The Canada Goose warranty website will not upload pictures (1.9mb/2.1mb). Contacted Warranty dept. via telephone who could not process claim without their style number, which is nowhere to be found on the parka, despite their insistence. Forwarded pictures to warranty dept. email, and waiting for a supervisor to call in the next 2 business days. Their warranty process appears purposefully, unnecessarily bureaucratic to discourage warranty claims.

  Warranty is a scam! sent in my jacket for warranty since the zipper gets stuck in neck area and cuffs became loose overtime. They charged me 120$ for cleaning before they can look at it and sent it back to me the same! No explanation whatsoever to why nothing was done! After so many years trusting the brand and buying a total of two coats and twi beanies just to find out their policy is a total scam 🙃

  Purchased a white MacMillan jacket among other things on January 28. Realized the next day i needed to exchange it for a smaller size. Drove back to the Yorkdale location to process an exchange which i did not expect to be an issue. Well, an employee by the name of Richard made me believe that i had dirtied the edge of the hood and refused to process the exchange. This jacket never left my house once I purchased it, was always kept in its garment bag and there is no way the rim of the hood would have touched my skin. I was made to wait for what seemed a very long time while they were supposedly examining the jacket to be told it was dirty and couldn’t be exchanged. Who knows what they did to the jacket while i was not present. I wish I had examined the jacket before purchasing it. The garment bag was returned to covered in dust. I eventually contacted one of my clients who works for Canada Goose. This person actually saw my jacket and confirmed that there is nothing wrong with it. I called their customer service line twice to be told that there is nothing they can do as it has to be dealt at store level. I can’t believe that a company like Canada Goose would not look after their loyal customers better. Beware. I’m in such disbelief. If I could give less than one star I would.
