  A lot of the staff are great, but some of them ruin the experience completely. You’re paying more than Lululemon for similar quality, yet you get a ton of attitude you wouldn’t get just upstairs at Lulu. Hopefully they train their store staff better (or maybe treat them better?)

  bf took me in as a treat , and the customer service was great. i forgot the one girls name at the change rooms but she was great- helped me with getting sizes and was just such a bubbly character it really makes a difference. being able to feel comfortable browsing and trying on clothes is a huge plus and i was pleasantly surprised.

  I came here looking for a specific set just to find out don’t believe everything you see on the internet, even with the logo, some are fake 😭 Nonetheless, I was so happy to come in here because I see the hype now, some of the comfiest tights, cutest snatched sets I have ever purchased. They are pricey but they seem they will last & did I mention comfort ? The comfort is 🔥 I was helped by Arshiya, Chanise & Jasmine, truly they were all real sweet and helpful. You ladies are stars never change 💫

  While the associate who helped us was fine, our experience was completely undermined by another employee, Asra. She repeatedly disrupted our time in the changing room by poking her head in to ask if we needed assistance. Since she was not our helper, this felt unnecessary, invasive, and created an uncomfortable pressure. It’s a stark contrast to the respectful and professional service we’ve always received at the Bloor location. Management should ensure staff respect customer privacy.
