  I have purchased here a number of times and all times the service has been exceptional. I was always greeted with a smile and never once felt like I was an annoyance (even the times when I was just browsing). Its always a pleasure and a joy to browse and/or purchase. Miigwech.

  I am extremely happy with my experience today. Before I approached the booth I knew exactly what style I was aiming for. As I was browsing, Cindy handed me a pair and told me to try them on. It was a style I would have passed on myself, but I decided to try them on anyway for the heck of it! Surprisingly, I ABSOLUTELY LOVED them! She knows how to pick out glasses that are best suited for you. I didn't expect to buy the first pair I tried on. It was love at first sight! I have walked away quick from many places, because the sales clerks have been very pushy and try to get you to spend your money. But Cindy had a very calm demeanor, which made me feel calm and not rushed to leave. I have always bought cheap sunglasses, and this is the first time I treated myself to Ray-Bans. My eyes are super sensitive, and with the three features built inside, it feels so good on the eyes! They are very comfortable as well! Very happy with my purchase and for the great customer service! Thank you!

  The customer service was not good. As one of the staff was rude and shows more favouritism towards some people. She was not at all interested. Honestly, feels racism. And the other staff didn’t even know much about the brands. Didn’t got a good atmosphere too as he was coming to us multiple times and asking questions when we were browsing. Feels like weird. So opted to not purchase from there and never going back.
