The cashier with the red hair ( I believe her name is Cassie...I tried to read the name tag so I hope I got the name correctly 🤞) she went above and beyond with a shoe order I had made. I had some issues regarding placing an online order and had to return the following day after work. I was concerned it did not go through, as I never recieved any confirmation email. She didn't hesitate and immediately contacted customer service, then double checked my account and gave me all the information which resolved my concerns with the order. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family!! This was by far the best customer service I have experienced in a while. Honestly hope management sees this review and gives her a raise! She has great potential, excellent problem solving skills, politeness and will leave many customers extremely happy 😊 Thank you!!

She supplied the temporary sox I requested but then moved on without inquiring about further assistance. The boxes were in disarray. Many of the shoes appeared to have been returned.
