  I went to the store today because I made a mistake when ordering some products. The first girl that served me informed me that I could only use my discount one time. Understandable. I asked her if maybe she could speak to the manager as I had to place the order due to it telling me the items were running out. When I went back in I was unable to Purchase the rest of items with my discount. After she spoke with the manager she came to me asked me what happened I explained it to her and she said she would do it this one time.i was very thankful . She then had Jenn whom was the next person to help me purchase the rest of my items was so helpful. I tried on a few things and didn’t like them but she suggested some other items a they were a hit ! She was kind, patient and helpful. I appreciate the staff going above and beyond today as they didn’t have to. Thank you again !!!

  I’ve been purchasing Lululemon products for years, so I trust the brand and its staff. Recently, I bought a pair of leggings in-store and asked an employee to bring me my size. I relied on her assistance and didn’t double-check the tag at the time. When I got home, I removed the store tag, only to realize that the size on the tag didn’t match the size attached to the leggings. A few days later, I returned to the store to exchange them, but I was told that the leggings were not even one of their products. What’s even more frustrating is that they typically email receipts after purchase, yet they couldn’t find any record of mine. Instead of helping resolve the issue, I was made to feel like I was being dishonest. This experience was extremely upsetting. I now feel stuck with an item I can’t use, and the lack of support or accountability from the store was very disappointing.

  Coming into this store as a plus sized woman was always something that’s scared me but I’m so glad that I did. Anisha (forgive me if I’ve spelled this wrong) made me feel so welcome in their store. She was so sympathetic about the sizing and so helpful. I almost left in tears because being plus sized sometimes we get overlooked but she was so wonderful. Made me feel like everyone else for the first time in a long time. Thank you, your staff is incredible and I hope she is recognized for being such a beautiful person. A small amount of kindness goes so far.

  Amazing customer service by Jen, she was very sweet and helped me through the process of purchase and return, very calm and polite towards the customers. Overall an amazing experience at the store. Truly deserves an appreciation.

  Associate went above and beyond to help me today. Had to put an item on hold for today and possibly tomorrow, they were so accommodating.
