  I have purchased a few pairs of shoes from this store. The customer service was great. They have a lot of wider shoe selections, which is great.

  Had to wait until there were two staff on shift to get the right size from the back. Then as someone was using a tax exempt card they made a mess of it. The male employee almost literally pushed the female employee away from the cash register to take over. He didn’t do much of a better job, serving those people, but finally made it through. There were some rude comments made as we waited to be given our shoe size.. As the other customers entered the store, he began swearing and clearly calling out whoever was on the phone assisting with that transaction. It was very upsetting and one of the worst customer service experiences we’ve ever had. I would have left that store and not purchased anything. However, the person in the shoes were for had waited some time to get what they wanted and would’ve been very disappointed. It’s hard enough to put out almost $200 of hard earned money and then you add being treated like second class citizens making some kind of a street deal leaves a really bad taste in your mouth. Incredibly unprofessional, not helpful, I would not return there, and I would not recommend it

  I ordered sketchers from the shoe company. I was in bed sick. Had my husband go to pick them up he had all the information my card, my license the order and because he did not have the same last name as me she refused to give him the shoes which were paid for She was rude smart Alec and would not help him at all. Just said she couldn’t give him it because he did not have the same address as me even though we live at the same spot I was horrified at the customer service that I heard about. I would not recommend anybody dealing with these people. A lot of money was involved cancelled my order And would like others to be prepared to what they may have to deal with. Thank you.

  I bought sketchers safety shoe from this shoe company and today I visit there after receiving mail from customer care for possible exchange as I enter there, young boy welcome us with smile but when we go to the counter, store manager started yelling even I didn't tell a single word, instead of giving possible solution she just blame me for I wore it, my question did I tell her I didn't wear it, no and then she said I cut it I'm not a stupid after spending 100 dollar cut my shoe with sharp thing and ask for return to the store by wasting my time. Please learn how to be behave with customers and one more thing, in my life I would never ever visit this shoe company for buying single pair of shoe it does not matter how much discount they give. Worst experience ever of my life.
