But shout out to Alfredo for going above and beyond and helping me solve an order issue, and helping me secured the last size L jacket at another store. I couldn't get through the other location on the phone, they don't answer, unlike the Scarborough Town Centre that always have customer service available. Alfredo was so extra friendly and patient, and could've easily said no, since it's not his location, but he still took the time to help me process the order. Now I'll have my beautiful jacket ready to pick up soon.šš„° Give this man a raise, y'all!!!

Asked the ladies working if thereās any wristlets - the lady looked me up and down with her eyes for a few seconds as if Iām supposed to look some sort of way of walking into Michael Kors then said why donāt you look for yourself. Pathetic customer service - advice to the ladies working here.

This feels misleading and wastes customersā time. Not impressed.

Whenever you ask something, they actually help ā and their guidance is genuinely useful. The store also has a really good variety of materials, and itās set up well and nicely put together. Overall, a great shopping experience!
